RUSH Construction served as the General Contractor for the complete renovation of the Multi-Purpose Building at the Marina consisting of a 3,000 SF full service restaurant, 2,000 SF office space and retail store. Complete interior of building was gutted and rebuilt and brought up to current code requirements. The work included complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) overhaul. The project included completely new interior finishes and millwork throughout. RUSH also installed a total of 8,100 SF of 4″ exterior sidewalks. Harbortown Marina is a full service marina located in Merritt Island, between the Indian and Banana Rivers, near Port Canaveral.
