Design/Build project to provide corrosion controls repairs for NASA’s Radio Tower located at Building M6-0791D. We installed a new steel 300 foot ladder, replaced 300+ corroded bolts, nuts, and washers, and also replaced miscellaneous steel supports and brackets on the tower. This elevated work required 100% tie-off and the use of spider baskets. The radio tower required daily outages to ensure a safe working environment for the construction personnel working on the tower.
