RUSH Construction served as the General Contractor for the tenant improvement and interior build out of the 1st floor, N.E. side, of the Titus Landing Medical Office Building. This 8,250 SF was an unimproved area of the facility. All underground utilities, floor slab, interior framing and drywall, MEP build out were constructed per DaVita Healthcare requirements. The project required extensive millwork, plumbing process piping, as well as, other specialized plumbing requirements for the operation of the Dialysis equipment. This project also included specialized intercom, nurse call systems, fire alarm, fire protection and DaVita sole sourced flooring (epoxy), sheet vinyl, and extensive FRP on the majority of the interior walls. This is a complete build-out of half of the first floor of Titus Landing MOB totaling approximately 8,248 S.F. with a Bio Carb room, Bio Med, offices and 21 treatment beds for the North Brevard Dialysis.
